The Follow-to-Lead Pilot Cohort is a two block experience designed to help you grow in a distinctively Christian model of leadership. Jesus taught that his people were to lead in a different way than the rulers and leaders they were used to. It's not that all the leadership models and paradigms on offer in this world are bad...far from it! But, the way many of us have been shaped as leaders proves insufficient to produce the kind of change that's needed in our lives and the lives of the people we lead. Block 1 lasts from October to December. Block 2 lasts from January to March. Each month we will have a 1 hour teaching and orientation session on Zoom. This recorded session (in case you miss it live!) will be relatively informal, but will present engaging and useful content that will orient us to our focus for the month. There will (of course) be time for Q&A during these sessions. We will also make space each month for a time of reflection and discussion in smaller groups based on the schedule of the participants. When you sign up for this cohort, you'll get access to: + An online community of likeminded individuals pursuing God's purpose in their life and leadership + Engaging content that will guide you and help you without overwhelming you. Each month, expect a short reading assignment (around 10 pages) and a video (about 30 minutes). Some of this will be curated while some will be original to this cohort.
